Wes Mason

Wesley Mason, is an experienced business executive with 20+ years of experience in partnering with emerging companies across public and private sectors. Wes excels at understanding systems unique challenges and helping translate their business objectives into strategic road-maps. His ability to deliver successful outcomes for business is due to persistence, hard work and the know-how to get things done.

Mark Luck

Mark Luck has an extensive professional background in behavioral health and management roles. In his most recent position as Director of Staff Development at Northlake Behavioral Health System, he oversees the hiring and supervision of mental health techs, new employee orientation, and compliance strategies. Prior to this, at River Place Behavioral Health, he served as a Milieu Director, responsible for staff supervision.

Mike Godwin

Mike Godwin has held executive positions at multiple companies specializing in Human Resources and other compliance and/or business projects. For three years, he served as Vice President and part owner of Meridian Behavioral Health Systems, a 100 million in revenue 1200 employee hospital system with nine locations in six states, and for seven years before that he was the Vice President of Human Resources for Eggleston, a 700 employee not for profit government.

Moe Mathews

Moe Mathews is a decorated Marine Corps veteran, entrepreneur, and experienced real estate investor with over 30 years of leadership and business expertise. A Richmond, Virginia native, Moe served 13 years in the United States Marine Corps, earning distinction as the youngest Warrant Officer in the Corps at age 28, as selected by the Secretary of the Navy. While on active duty, Moe pursued his education at the University of Maryland, demonstrating his commitment to lifelong learning and personal growth

Cathy Mathews

Cathy Mathews is a seasoned professional with a diverse background spanning real estate, legal, and administrative leadership. She is the driving force behind Fresh Start Group LLC, Fresh Start Holdings LLC, and Fresh Start Renovations, companies she established in 2009. Under her guidance, Fresh Start has successfully renovated over 1,500 residential properties, showcasing her expertise in real estate and property transformation.

Zak Mathews

Zak Mathews, originally from Richmond, Virginia, has built a distinguished career in real estate and property investment, drawing on diverse experiences and a strong foundation in psychology. Growing up as the son of an active-duty U.S. Marine, Zak had the unique opportunity to live in various locations, including North Carolina, California, and Okinawa, Japan. This international upbringing, alongside his close-knit family with his sister, Jessica, shaped his global perspective and adaptability.
